And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Not every seemingly negative situation is as bad as it looks or sounds. In fact, for those called according to God’s purpose, who love God and are in His will, every event works to deliver something good to them. If you view every incident with your limited understanding, you will be deceived. God can bring out something good from the evil works of your enemies, and in the end, they will end up being fooled, deceived or misguided. All things work together for good, to them that love God. ALL THINGS –including this delay battle confronting you!
Delay is not denial. Delay is not the end of the world. There is a God that tackles delays! 2 Peter 3:9 says ‘The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness;…………..”. He is more powerful than all the delays of this world combined. And when HIS TIME does not tally with OUR TIME, we tend to say that He is slow, late and He delays. The Bible says in 2 Peter 3:8 “a thousand years is like a day and a day is like a thousand years in His sight” So what we call delay is simply, God operating according to His divine calendar which is different from ours. Whatever He allows, whether good or bad, positive or negative, is for your ultimate good AT LAST. That means the delay may not make sense NOW but AT LAST, IN THE END, you will know it’s for your good!
He makes all things beautiful in His Own Time. Never forget that Bible says there is a season and a time for everything under the Heavens. EVERYTHING INCLUDES YOUR TESTIMONY! John 11:21 says “LORD,” Martha said to Jesus, “if you had been here, my brother would not have died.” Martha was saying in essence, “Jesus, You are very, very late!” And that is how millions think today. In the end Lazarus lived again. As the devil is scheming, God tampers with his plans. By the time his plans materialize, instead of working against you as originally designed, the devil will see them working for your good and in your favor. Even in very bad situations, God can still work out something good. That the delay is meant for your dancing and evidence and it will turn out for your good. However, only those who love God have all the assurance of all things working together in their good, especially those who are called according to God’s purpose. Therefore, ensure that your love for God is sincere, so that your expectations will not be cut off.
O LORD, in accordance with Your Word, let all things begin to work together for my good in Jesus’ Name.
