Be Willing and Obedient!

Isaiah 1:19(KJV)
If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
From our anchored Scripture, there are principles that command the blessings of God for your life. If you want to command the blessings of God, you must be willing to pay the price. If you want the kind of blessing that does not have any form of sorrow, you must be willing to obey the instructions of God. If you want the kind of blessing that is no respecter of seasons, you must be willing to live a holy life. The Living Bible put it this way “If you will only let me help you, if you will only obey, then I will make you rich!” God wants you to have the best in life. He wants to give you the good of the land. His plans for you are for your good and for your benefit! His requirements are intended, not to restrict you but to protect you and bless you.
Notice this verse doesn’t say that just obedience will cause you to eat the good of the land, it says we have to be willing and obedient. In other words, God isn’t just concerned with our actions, He’s looking at the motives of our hearts. The favorable will of God is reserved for those who are first willing and obedient. Be willing to receive God’s best plan for your marriage, finances, health and your children in Jesus’ Name. Being willing and obedient brings God’s blessings, you will have victory in every aspect of life. You will have access to the fullness of God’s Provision. Don’t settle for the norms of this world, but be willing and obedient to cast all your cares on Him, for He cares for you.
Beloved, we must make up our minds to obey God’s word. There are no two ways about it. If you want to see results, if you want your situation to change, then obey the word of God. Deuteronomy 28:1 says, “If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth,” Refuse to be robbed of the banquet of blessings that belongs to you. Receive His love and acknowledge His faithfulness in your life. Let your willingness and obedience open the door to God’s blessing for your life! Be willing to eat the good of the land! Job 36:11 says “If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.” Divine Blessings come to those who keep the commandments of God. Remember, Deuteronomy 28:47-48 “If you do not serve the Lord your God with joy and enthusiasm for the abundant benefits you have received, you will serve your enemies whom the Lord will send against you. You will be left hungry, thirsty, naked, and lacking in everything. The Lord will put an iron yoke on your neck, oppressing you harshly until he has destroyed you.”
Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me Your Best, help me never to be a victim of disobedience, I choose to willingly obey You in all things in Jesus’ Name.
