Jeremiah 33:3(KJV)
Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
Calling to the Lord is not a hint or recommendation but a divine mandate. God commands us to call to Him, for we don’t just serve a God who hears prayers, but we serve a God who answers prayers. From our anchored Scripture, God commands us to call on Him and He guarantees wondrous blessings if we heed His call, for He promises to answer our prayers. Calling upon the Lord warrants access to hidden mysteries, revelational light, and insight. The Sovereign God graciously bids us call on Him in prayer. Prayer is an essential secret of relevance in life and destiny. Zechariah 12:10 says, “And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.” Prayer is a force that touches eternal powers and sets them in motion; it moves God to action. As believers, our prayer life is critical; by it, we can communicate with our Father, and He will reveal great and mighty things. Our prayers demobilize hell, destroying demonic forces! At the place of prayer, our spiritual eyes and understanding open.
It is not enough to only know how to pray, but it is vital to understand how to pray with the right keys. We can only open a door with the right keys. Despite the fact prayer is at the heart of our relationship with God, not all prayers are answered. It is God’s Will to answer the prayers of His children. However, He operates on principles. There is, therefore, a need to understand the secrets of getting answers to our prayers. 1 John 5:14 says, “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us.” For prayer to receive an answer from God, we must pray according to His Will. The Will of God is also the Word of God. Praying His Will is the secret of winning in prayer. After praying in His Will for our life, we must learn to wait for God’s timing. Many times, when people ask God for something out of His Will, such prayers will definitely go unanswered. James 4:3 says, “Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.” When we pray amiss, we cross the line into something we must have in our pleasure-seeking life, showing that we need pleasure more than we need God.
Beloved, to attain a new dimension of power such as you have never experienced, call on the Lord, and He will show you great and mighty things. Enter the Throne of Grace boldly in prayer with your requests. If you are ready to line up with the Will of God, you can never be lacking in strength, force, fire, boldness, confidence, and audacity. There is an ear waiting to hear and angels standing to take orders as you put your request before God with thanksgiving as He gives you peace that outshines all understanding. Whatever is available with God is accessible at the altar of prayer. Whatever God has to offer is made available at the prayer altar; whether supernatural supply, power, favor, or anointing, it is available at the place of prayer. As long as the prayer altar is in place, no mystery is to remain or exist around your life. You won’t be buried in question. Occupy the secret place of the Most High through praying, and you can never become a victim of the adversary. In this season, satan and his agent cannot arrest and dilute your prayer life. So, pray till something happens in your heart and life today! Pray without ceasing! Remember, a prayerless Christian is a powerless Christian!
O Lord, I ask for the grace to maintain a zealous prayer life as You show me great and mighty things in Jesus’ Name.
