Hebrews 11:6(NLT)
And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.
From the above Scripture, it is very clear that without faith it is impossible to please God. We discover that faith is the master key for accessing the possibilities of God and taking the delivery of our inheritances in Christ. Faith is one of the most important attributes of Christians, we stand and live on faith. Christianity is based on faith, and to please God is to live by faith every day. Romans 1:17 says “…The just shall live by faith.” When God wants to do anything in the lives of His children, our faith is required. Faith is standing on the integrity of God’s Word that commits God to perform what He has declared or spoken concerning us. It makes us speak the unspeakable, deliver the impossible and see the incredible.
It is confirmed that our God dwells in the realm of possibilities, therefore with faith in God all things are possible. Faith triggers the flow of power, which brings about the goodness of God. As we have faith in God, He honors and rewards our faith, but He hates and condemns unbelief. It was Abraham’s faith that pleased God. The Lord promised Abraham that his seed would be as numerous as the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore and Abraham believed God. That pleased Him so much that he counted Abraham righteous right. When Moses sent twelve spies to spy Canaan, the Promised Land; ten of the spies came with a negative report fueled by doubt, fear and unbelief, that they would not be able to possess the land. Only two spies, that is Caleb and Joshua, said they would be able to. God rewarded the two categories of spies: the ten who brought negative report fueled by fear did not enter the Promised Land while the two who said they could enter the Promised Land. There are special promises from God to those who exercise faith.
As it is written in Matthew 17:20 “And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.” The impossible becomes possible with faith. When we have faith, all things are possible meaning our faith in God and His Word is the answer to every problem of life and the answer also to the breakthroughs we desire. The mustard-seed faith, therefore, is the faith that is resolute and determined, it is the faith that refuses to give way, give up, give out, give in or be trampled into uselessness. God’s Power flows supernaturally and changes our situations with faith. Therefore, without faith, we cannot see the power of God and without the power of God, we cannot be healed, delivered or set free.
Beloved, make up your mind today to have the mountain moving faith, have an unwavering confidence in God’s Words and Promises. Receive constant light to grow your faith because as plants cannot do without sunlight, faith cannot do without constant revelation of the Word of God(Romans 10:17). Never allow your situation to limit you. You must refuse to allow your surroundings to limit your expectation, be pregnant with greatness and God will reward your faith. By your faith, you shall dominate every demonic spirit by quenching all the fiery darts of the devil in Jesus’ Name.
O LORD, give me the grace to develop mountain moving faith and deal with every root of unbelief in my life in Jesus’ Name.
