God Opens And None Shall Close

Isaiah 22:22 (KJV)

And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

The Scriptures make it abundantly clear that we serve the God of open doors. In addition to being referred to as Jehovah-Jireh, Jehovah-Shalom, and Jehovah-Rapha, God can also be recognized as Jehovah Open-door. This particular name signifies that God can open all doors and create opportunities. Revelation 3:8 says, “I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.” He is a Specialist in the opening of all kinds of doors. He does not struggle to open any door. Open doors are the secret to achieving unimaginable, puzzling, unperceivable, and complex results in life. These open doors enable us to break unprecedented records in life. When God opens a door, whatever we want to achieve becomes effortless. When God opens a door for His children, they are empowered to do what others have not done and find things possible where they have been impossible before.

It is also a fact that God can always have His Way, make a way, find a way, or be the Way. That is, He can be the Way amid any situation in our lives. So, our God is not just a Way-Maker or a Way-Finder but a Way Himself in all circumstances. In Exodus 14:21-22, the children of Israel had left Egypt, and the Egyptians were pursuing them. Trapped between the Egyptians and the Red Sea, the God of Open Doors told Moses to stretch out his rod over the Red Sea, which parted, creating a highway in the middle of the sea. Hallelujah. Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 2:12, “Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ’s gospel, and a door was opened unto me of the Lord,” God is still opening doors to His beloved children. As we go through this life, it is easy to focus on closed doors that come our way. But when God opens any door before us, no one can shut it. Realize that sometimes He also closes doors because He has something better in store for our lives; He always gives more than we ever think or ask. Numbers 23:19 says, “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” If God says He will open doors for us, believe because He works all things together for the good of those He loves (Romans 8:28). God is always on time.

Beloved, God will open doors for you if you can stand for Him, speak and defend His Name. The God who opened doors in the past will open every closed door in your life. Trust Him totally to open all closed doors in your life. Believe that He can do today in your life what He did yesterday in the lives of His people. Ask God and depend on Him to open the door of opportunities and possibilities for you. Maximize every opportunity God has given you to impact lives for Him. Stay open and keep trusting in God. If you are narrow-minded and only look at the door that has been closed, you will miss the door God has opened. Today, let go of your plan and trust God, for He will make sure you see those open doors He is opening for your new life. Surrender all to God and let His will be done in your life. Trust His timing and let Him do it His Way. Then, step back and see the open door He has prepared for you! In this new year and month of 2024, the Presence and Power of God will open every closed door in your life today in the Name of Jesus. No devil can close your doors if you consistently put the Word to work. Speak and act on the Word regarding your health, preservation, safety, and financial supplies.

O LORD, thank You for Your Word. Do in my life today what You did in the lives of others yesterday by opening every closed door in my life in Jesus’ Name.
