Jeremiah 33:6 (KJV)
Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.
The Will of God for humanity is unequivocally to lead lives free from sickness and disease. Sickness, pain, and suffering are clearly not part of God’s will; He desires a life of vitality and wellness for us. Scripture emphatically supports the notion that mastery over ailments and diseases is both achievable and expected for every believer. Undoubtedly, health stands as the foremost asset in life, a fundamental truth that underscores the importance of well-being. Living a healthy life is one of the wonders of divine blessings. The Lord says He will bring us health and cure our sickness and disease, revealing the abundance of peace and truth. The knowledge of truth is vital to deliverance because truthfulness facilitates freedom, and the truth is God’s desire for us to live a life free of sicknesses and diseases. Exodus 15:26 says, “And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.” God promised us that if we, His children, keep His commandments, statutes, and judgments and do them, He would take away sickness from us and not put diseases on us.
God does not only want us to be spiritually strong but physically, mentally, psychologically, and emotionally healthy. When we are hurt, God is hurt because He has already fully paid the price for our total health. Christ paid for our healing, health, and wholeness. Isaiah 53: 4-5 says, “Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” When He suffered at the hands of the guards, He paid the price for our divine health. Jesus came to the earth to buy back for us everything that Adam lost, sickness and disease included. He bore our sickness, diseases, and infirmities on the Cross so that we enjoy divine healing and health. He secured our good health with each stripe of flesh torn from His back. So, we can’t be enslaved again by any sickness or disease. By this, we are not sick trying to get healed, but we are the ones Jesus has already healed that the devil is trying to make sick. The provision for our healing, physically and spiritually, is made by the sufferings of Jesus Christ. Christ has triumphed over sicknesses for us, so no affliction is permitted to stay in our bodies. There is total restoration of all rights and privileges once we receive Him as Lord of our lives.
Beloved, God promises to bring you health, cure your afflictions, and reveal to you the abundance of peace and truth. Therefore, you cannot have God and be sick. It is about time you believe the truth of God’s Word about your healing: By His stripes, the gift of healing is yours. Refuse to be sick and make bold and positive declarations concerning good health. As a child of the Almighty God, sickness is not your portion. Jesus has paid the price; you have a right to be healed and live in divine health. Divine health is part of your salvation package, so accept nothing less. Once you receive Him as Lord of your life, all the rights and privileges God originally intended you to have (including health and prosperity) receive immediate attention. In the Name of Jesus, I command every sickness, disease, and infirmity to leave your body right now. From the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, anything not working begins to work now. It begins to function in the perfection to which God has created it, for the bread of healing belongs to the children of God. Surrender your life in totality to the Lord Jesus Christ today, and He will prove to you that He is indeed the Great Physician. Make demand by speaking the Word of God in faith that sickness and disease leave you now in the Name of Jesus. Refuse to back off that command, for faith-filled words change everything. They’ll move mountains into the sea and turn sickness into health. Resist the devil with all you have got. When Jesus said it is finished on the Cross, it perfected your health. Remember, you are not permitted to go through what the people in the world go through.
O Lord, thank You for carrying away my sicknesses and diseases. I am free from every affliction in Jesus’ Name.
