Psalm 62:11 (KJV)
God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.
From the above Scripture, we understand that God is the source of Power both in Heaven and on earth. David wrote these words during a time of difficulty, surrounded by enemies. However, he remained calm and waited patiently before God. David’s message reminds us that God’s unwavering love surpasses any challenge we may encounter. Despite facing constant danger, David reflects on the nature of God, emphasizing that God’s words are steadfast and unchanging. When God speaks, His Words are powerful and reliable. The Almighty God reigns as the Most Powerful and Influential, with unparalleled abilities that surpass any earthly or demonic force. His unlimited power and resources enable Him to perform extraordinary feats at will. The Power of God stands as the most coveted asset for conquering life’s challenges. In God’s unfathomable wisdom and omnipotence, He acts as He deems fit, for He alone holds dominion over power. Psalm 89:8-10 says, “O Lord God of Hosts, who is a mighty Lord like You, with Your faithfulness all around You? You rule the raging of the sea; when the waves arise, You still them. You crushed Rahab like a corpse; You scattered Your enemies with Your strong arm.”
God is in control of all circumstances. No matter what challenges we face, we can find comfort in knowing that God has the power to sustain us and bring us through difficult times. The Power of God, as articulated by Paul in Ephesians 1:19-21, surpasses all other powers. It is described as exceedingly great, far above all principalities, powers, might, dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world but also in the world to come. With our God, there are no limits. When we enter the realm of the supernatural, we must take off all the limits and renew our minds with the truth that God is not a man. He can do anything, and there is nothing beyond God! The awesomeness of God is made manifest in situations that are tagged impossible by man. Luke 1:37 says that with God, nothing shall be impossible. It is also written in Jeremiah 32:17, “Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee.” God has the ability, strength, and power to bring to pass whatever He pleases. Many believers are living with their problems today because they have not come to the understanding that all power in Heaven and on earth belongs to God. He is not limited by time or the acts of men. He is the Mighty Man in Battle, the Ancient of Days, Creator of Heaven and Earth, Undefeatable Champion, The Almighty God!
Beloved, all power belongs to God and not the devil. Don’t be fooled by the tricks of the devil, for Jesus has all the Power given unto Him in Heaven and on earth. So, look up to God because you will likely see your problems if you look down to the devil. Focusing on your issues and raging challenges is likely to sink you as it did to Apostle Peter (Matthew 14:26-31). Never undermine the ability of God to turn your situation around and give you victory in all battles of life. No situation is so hopeless that the Power of God cannot address it. When you call upon the Awesome God, you are calling on Him whose Power has no measure. The Omnipotent God will do wonders and showcase His glory in your life. Honor Him by believing that nothing is too difficult for Him. Your season of divine visitation has arrived. Believe with confidence because you serve an unfailing God who holds all power. The Power of God shall collapse everything in your life being frustrated by demonic forces. You shall fulfill your purpose in Jesus’ Name. Remember, ALL POWER BELONGS TO GOD!
O LORD, grant me a fresh baptism of fire and power to prevail over the forces of life and overcome every form of resistance in Jesus’ Name!
