Repent And Live

Ezekiel 18:32(NIV)
For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent and live!
As the year is about to wrap up, looking toward 2021, God wants all His children to Repent and Live. He does not take delight in the death of anyone and has made provision for the sinner to make right their ways and secure His forgiveness. As a result of this, He sent Jesus Christ to die a proxy death for the wicked so that our sins do not take us into eternal destruction. God will judge each one of us according to our ways therefore, repent for He takes pleasure in the return of a sinner. He has opened the door of salvation to all His people and all we need to do is to enter and live. Romans 6:23 says “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” God through His Son has extended an open invitation to all humanity to come to Him for eternal life. Jesus said “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” Scripture also makes us to understand that anyone in Christ is a new creature; old things have passed away and all things become new. God is merciful to forgive us all our sins, so don’t carry over to the new year with sins of 2020 intact.
Beloved, I want you to know that Jesus loves you; His mercy is available to pull you out of the mess of sin and iniquity. Surrender your all to Him. Maybe you find yourself in church but you are not sure if you have given your life to Christ; it is not too late. You can give your life to Jesus today. Don’t assume eternal matters. Have you accepted Him into your life as your Lord and Savior? Ask yourself today, “if I have 24 hours to live, will I make it to Heaven, will God be happy with me?” If your answer is NO then, pray this prayer if you are giving or rededicating your life to Jesus Christ, “Lord Jesus, I come before You today, acknowledging that I am a sinner. I know You died for me on the Cross to save me from my sins. I surrender my life to You, forgive me my sins. Today, I have decided to follow you Jesus, forward ever, backward never. Thank You O Lord for saving my life in Jesus’ Name.” Jesus loves you!
I pray for you that the hold of sin is broken and the Grace to live for God is proclaim on you in Jesus’ Name.
