Amos 5:4(KJV)
For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live:
Seeking God is the key to a supernatural and glorious life, nothing will be impossible for you. Seeking Him is the shortest and surest route to receiving His Power, Authority, Anointing and Grace. When you seek God, you shall live, your formidable enemies will become God’s enemies and they will bow to His Presence and Power that are evident in your life. His Spirit will overshadow you and do exploits through you. God is ready to grant all of your heart desires if only you would first seek His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Seeking God answers all things.
It is good for all of us to occasionally examine our heart and make sure that we haven’t allowed anything or anyone to take the place that belongs only to God. God wants His children to seek Him faithfully and live. He wants your relationships to be vibrant and alive. He wants your dreams to be alive. He wants your body, heart and mind to be alive and full of vitality. God is the source of all life, and when you seek Him, you will find Him, and the result will be everlasting life. The Bible tells us that Jesus came to give us abundant life. Not only did He come to give you life in eternity, but He desires that you experience abundant life here on earth.
Looking at the world and its issues, it is also important to remind ourselves that the ‘End Time’ is near, and this is the time Christians should wake up from slumber, discarding anything; people, choices, places, lifestyles, affiliations, attitudes, sin and the list goes on, that God will frown at. Many do not consider God worthy of their sacrifice of holiness, such people will miss the rewards of righteousness. When God allows certain, odd circumstances severe and trial phases in your life there is an assurance that God is right there in the midst of it with you and for you because He will never take you where His Grace will not show up! As a Christian, have a seeking heart and run the good race of faith to the end and make Heaven. A Seeking Heart is always trying to find God’s Will in all situations. It is always pleases the Lord. It searches His Word daily and seeks to live His Way.
My dear friends, I encourage you to keep up the good fight, and continue to endure. Draw near to God daily by embarking on a personal persistent prayer and the study of His Word. Seek God and NOT man! LOOK UP TO GOD and allow Him to breathe His life into you. Seek Him in all things, and you will find His abundant life, and everything you set your hand to will prosper. David said in Psalm 27:4 “One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.” Like David, make up your mind to seek and pursue after God.
O LORD, I humbly come before You, giving You all that I am. I ask for Your Hand of blessing and guidance in everything I do in Jesus’ Name.
