The God That Hears Prayer

Psalm 65:2(KJV)

O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

Prayer is a communication line between the believer and God; it is the most effective way by which we communicate our problems to God. In addition, prayer is a platform for securing answers to the bugging questions around our lives. The altar of prayer is not limited to demanding our desires. But also, a platform for longing for empowerment to the next level and beyond. Luke 18:1 says, “….men ought always to pray, and not to faint.” Prayer imparts the power to walk and not faint. Children of God have no excuse for operating a prayerless life because prayer lifts up the Hand of God, while prayerlessness encourages the devil to continue with his destruction. Prayer is very significant; our progress in our spiritual lives depends on our prayer life, amongst other things. So, pray until something happens in our hearts and lives!

The Bible is filled with assurances of the truth that our God is a prayer answering God. We also understand from the Scriptures that prayers are ordained for answers. However, 1 Peter 3:12 says, “For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.” Praying according to the rules, commit God’s integrity to answer us. It is one thing to pray and another to believe that God will answer us. Our God is a prayer answering God, so we have to have faith because believing is imperative when we pray. Our God has not only heard our prayer, but He continuously hears us since He is an Unchangeable Being and never changes in His attributes. Only those who ask questions are entitled to answers. It is written in Jeremiah 33:3, “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” At the prayer altar, many things happen, and deep secrets are revealed. We seek God’s Will when we pray, not just our own. The Bible says in 1 John 5:14-15, “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” Our faith is in the character of God and His desire to bless and comfort us. So, when we pray, we should have faith that He hears us and will grant every request in line with His will for us. Only then can we have the confidence that God does hear our prayers with an intent to answer them.

Beloved, to attain a new dimension of power such as you have never experienced before, come continuously to the Throne of Grace boldly in prayer. There is an Ear waiting to hear and angels standing to take orders as you put your request before God with thanksgiving as He gives you peace that outshines all understanding. Whatever is available with God is accessible at the altar of prayer. Whatever God has to offer is made available at the place of intercession, whether it is supernatural supply, power, favor, or anointing. As you continue in prayer, the Good Shepherd will direct your path and keep you in His Mercy, Strength, and Love. Instead of excessive worrying, invest your time in prayers, and secure your environment from any form of evil. Don’t just come into God’s Presence with your requests; make sure you have all you need for your prayers. Today, activate your faith at the place of intercession by meditating on God’s Word. Always declare your expectations with authority. Never let the enemy have the final say in your life. Pray always, and nothing will be impossible for you to achieve. As you begin to pray with faith, so shall all your expectations in accordance with God’s Word come to pass in your life in the Name of Jesus. I pray that every struggle or challenge in your life comes to an end now. The Blood of Jesus terminates every sickness with or without a name. Every horn opposing you is destroyed now in Jesus’ Name. Remember, God answers prayers, and He will answer yours if you believe!

O LORD, I ask for the grace to prevail with You at the place of prayer in Jesus’ Name.
