Psalm 18:47-48 (KJV)
It is God that avengeth me, and subdueth the people under me. He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.
This passage powerfully emphasizes the protective and uplifting nature of God. He is our avenger and deliverer, enabling us to rise above adversities and confront those who oppose us. The delivering power of God is essential for preserving the lives and destinies of His people. Through God’s unmatched power, we are kept safe from our enemies and rescued from any form of violence. He delivers justice to those who harm us and revoke any appointments with death by His Power. By His might, mountains are moved, earthquakes, and wonders that exceed human understanding are performed. Therefore, being a carrier of God’s power in our generation is vital for every child of God. His power empowers His children to triumph over their enemies and banishes the fear of the future. It is written in Deuteronomy 28:7, “The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.” Though the enemy may approach in a single direction, they are unaware that the battle belongs to the Lord, and as a result, they will scatter in seven different ways. Hallelujah!!!!!
God’s justice and powerful ability to safeguard us can never be underestimated. Even when we face hostility or challenges, we can find peace knowing God is our ultimate defender and shield. As Christians, we are empowered by God’s might and strength, delivering us from spiritual and physical challenges and satan’s schemes. Wisdom dictates that no one should oppose this Almighty God of Heaven and Earth, for none can stand against Him and thrive. True believers in Christ have every reason to be bold and optimistic about success in life; we do not need to fear that God will fail to protect us. If He can sustain the galaxy with His Power, then without a doubt, He will guard us. Defeat is never an option for us—whether on the offensive or defensive, victory is guaranteed through Christ. When our adversaries confront us, the Lord’s Spirit will rise like a flood to shield and protect us. They will not withstand our strength! Daniel 6:10 says, “Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.” Daniel’s boldness in praying three times daily and his unwavering devotion to God led to his deliverance from the lions. In challenging circumstances, we can trust that God hears our prayers and will deliver us from adversity.
Beloved, it does not matter how arrogant, grandiloquent, or loud the enemy may sound; the power of God will always make them bow. Rejoice because your victory is sure! Today, make God your number one priority for justice against your enemies and your deliverance. Increase your passion for God in prayer, worship, and studying the Word of God. You become untouchable when you fully embrace and live by God’s Word, which is alive, powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword. As the Lord takes over your battles, all your enemies shall flee, and you shall experience peace on every side in Jesus’ Name. Trust God when your strength is small, and everything seems to have failed, for He will not disappoint! Every area where darkness has interrupted the plan and purpose of God for your life is flooded with light now in Jesus’ Name. Remember, in God’s delivering power, there is victory, defeat is not possible!
O Lord, thank You for handling every battle of my life. Set on fire every agent of darkness standing against my life and destiny in Jesus’ Name.
