Jeremiah 10:12(KJV)
He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.
Jeremiah sang the praises of the Living God’s power. He said God made the whole earth by His power, founded the world by His wisdom, and stretched the heavens by His understanding. The Almighty God is all-knowing, and He created the heavens and earth by His Power. When God speaks, things come into existence(Genesis 1:3-4). He holds all things by His Word. Unquestionably, all power in Heaven and on earth belongs to God. One cannot help but imagine the awesomeness of the Almighty. God is great. He is mighty and made everything. In the whole world, His invisible attributes are evident. Psalms 135:6 says, “Whatsoever the LORD pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.” Our God has unlimited power and resources. Through His Power, He does wonders as He chooses. In God’s infinite wisdom and power, He does as He pleases, for He is God, and power belongs to Him Alone. 1 Chronicles 29:11 says, “Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.”
The Power of God is one of the most prized assets any human being can have on earth because it takes the Power of God to win the battles of life. Darkness has no respect for our titles, education, or background, only the power of God. So, we need the power of God to subdue the forces of darkness. Psalm 62:11 says, “God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.” All power belongs to God, and companying with the great God causes us to experience His greatness. Psalm 147:5 says, “Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.” We serve a great and mighty God. He is the mighty-breasted One. By His Power, the mountains move, the earth shakes, and perform wonders beyond human comprehension. Psalms 66:3 says, “Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.” The greatness of God’s Power is fearsome to His enemies, and it forces and frightens them into submission. It causes the enemy to surrender. It took God’s Power for Pharaoh to submit and let go of the Israelites. The Power of God causes His children to prevail over the enemy’s threats and the fear of the future. In other words, God’s Power and Strength deliver us from spiritual and physical attacks and satan’s schemes to bind us.
Beloved, all power belongs to God. He is unique in power, goodness, and wisdom. God’s sovereignty is evident as He does whatever pleases Him. Engage Him in any battle or confrontation, for when God is on your side, you are More than Conqueror. Do not rely on your strength but surrender whatever you can boast about to God and let the His Power take the lead in everything you do. Whenever you come to the end of yourself, you are at the beginning with God. Never undermine the ability of God to turn your situation around and give you victory in all battles of life. God’s power can address any circumstance, regardless of how hopeless it may seem. God has power, and whatever He has is without limit. When you call upon the Awesome God, you are calling on Him whose power has no measure. The Omnipotent God will do wonders and showcase His glory in your life. Honor Him by believing that nothing is too hard for Him. Pray and activate the power that works within you today. Remember, in God’s delivering power, there is victory. No loss, disappointment, and setbacks are possible!
