Matthew 18:18 (KJV)
Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
The Scripture emphatically asserts that as children of God, it is our rightful inheritance to govern our circumstances. Every believer is granted the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven, enabling us to bind wicked spirits in heavenly realms and release God’s angelic powers to work on our behalf. When we align our will with God’s will, we gain the authority to affect both heaven and earth through our faith and actions. During His time on earth, Jesus exemplified the authority and power bestowed upon Him by actively walking in that authority. He showcased what it means to be children of God and has empowered us to operate in this exact nature because, as children of the Most High, we share in His power and authority. It is important to recognize that every manifestation of the supernatural confirms the Word of God we apply in our lives. The Word we know and put into action is the force that commands the supernatural. Our authority as God’s children includes the ability to permit or prohibit various things. We are called to enforce our Lord’s will on earth through this power. We possess the authority to forbid anything that contradicts our Father’s will concerning our health, family, business, employment, community, and nation. The power of God working within us can transform us into what we truly aspire to be.
As children of God, we possess the authority to lead lives marked by victory and to prevent the devil from tormenting us. We are entrusted with the master key, and our responsibility is to wield it to further God’s righteous will. We must recognize this truth and actively employ these keys to manifest God’s intentions within our realms of influence. Inaction on our part means that Heaven will remain inactive as well. We are called to unleash God’s blessings upon our endeavors and to bind the evil forces that oppose the fruits of our labor. Therefore, let us utilize the keys entrusted to us by Jesus to unlock new opportunities, close harmful doors, transform lives, save souls, heal the sick, raise the dead, and silence the oppressors. In this life, we require spiritual weapons to confront spiritual gates and eternal doors. Luke 10:19 says, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” We’ve got the power over the enemy, and nothing is permitted to hurt us. Use the authority given just like a king or president will use his power to advance his course. Let us wield the Master key to lock the door of sorrow that our enemy has attempted to open and unlock the door of victory and celebration that awaits us.
Beloved, you have the authority to live a life of victory and to forbid and resist the devil. Use the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven that Jesus has passed to you to lose God’s Blessings upon your life and bind the evil works from the pit of hell. The power is within you; activate it by surrendering your life to the source of that power, Jesus. Stop the work of the devil; cast him out in the Name of Jesus, and he will leave! As a believer, you hold total authority over the powers of satan. It is your responsibility to wield the authority God has bestowed upon you. Put on the whole armor of God and exercise your God-given power! Regardless of your differing backgrounds, Jesus Christ is Lord overall. This truth has the potential to transform the spiritual landscape of our world. Pray for God’s guidance in using your authority wisely and lovingly. Trust that you have the power to make a difference in your life and the world around you. As you embrace your authority, you will witness His manifest power in every aspect of your life. God will perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. Remember, you carry Heaven’s seal of approval; you have the power to bind the enemy and lose your blessings.
O Lord, by the power You have graciously given to me, I bind every work of the enemy established to fight my life, destiny, and family and lose my blessings in Jesus’ Name.
