Psalm 25:14(AMP)
The secret [of the wise counsel] of the Lord is for those who fear Him, And He will let them know His covenant and reveal to them [through His word] its [deep, inner] meaning.
From our anchored Scripture, we learn that God reveals His secrets only to those that fear Him. In other words, God shares His secrets with the godly. Deuteronomy 29:29 says “The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.” Our Heavenly Father has access to all the secret things of life, and He chooses to share some of these secrets with His children to help in the fulfillment of their destinies and to avert pending calamity. Therefore, when we live our lives in accordance to the Will of God, we gain supernatural access to the secrets of God. So, access to Divine revelation requires consecration otherwise, we will be limited to information which are available to anybody. That is, there are things God will show the godly that He will not show the ungodly.
The fear of the Lord gives God’s children access to divine wisdom, revelation, direction and security. We can never know God beyond the fear of God at work in our lives because the secret of the Lord is with them that fear Him and He will show them His covenant. That is why every ungodly man is limited in the knowledge of God because the words of scriptures are mere stories to him. Therefore, only the redeemed have access to the mysteries of God and it is by these mysteries that we command dominion. For instance, Abraham did fear God, and he also ensured that his entire household walked in God’s ways. No wonder God revealed His secrets to him. In Genesis 18:17 it is written “And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;” Because Abraham feared God, the Lord made available to him what He was about to do in Sodom. Joseph had access to the secrets of God because he also feared the Lord. Daniel also had access to Divine information because he feared God(Daniel 2:22-45). If we fear God, it will reflect in where we take counsel from, those we partner with, and even how we appear in public. If we fear God, we will always do the things that make Him happy. Many want God to reveal His secrets to them but they are not living in the fear of Him.
Beloved, live in the fear of the Lord and hate any form of evil. As you walk in the fear of God, you have nothing to fear in life, because the fear of God grants you access to His secrets. In every circumstance you find yourself, even when it seems all hope is lost, believe in God and fear Him for He will always show up for you. Today, keep a distance from all that God hates, and His secrets will be made available to you. He Who is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the Ending, He knows the secrets behind all things that are happening and are yet to happen in your life. Remember, Joseph walked in the fear of the Lord and God revealed many things to him so, when your life pleases Him, He will reveal great and wonderful things to you as well. When the ungodly says they had a dream about you reject it because God has no business with showing them what will happen in your life as a believer. Be wise to put your trust in God.
O Lord, release every hidden secret that will accelerate the fulfillment of my destiny in Jesus’ Name.
