Psalm 102:13(KJV)
Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
The Psalmist lamented the pain and agony gone through at the hands of the wicked oppressors and the heathen who had pursued and persecuted the children of God. However, he was confident the Lord would arise on behalf of His people causing the distress and reproach of the oppressors to cease while opening the windows of heaven to pour blessings upon Zion. We as children of God today should take a cue from the Israelites of old as we cried “Arise O Lord” in times of trial. Since we are always confronted with trials and temptations on our journey through the wilderness of life, we must learn to look unto God alone for help as we call on Him to arise for our sake and deal with everything that stands as an obstacle to our progress in life.
Favor is one of the returns that we are entitled to when we seek God’s Kingdom first. When God’s people begin to take pleasure in the things of the Kingdom as a way of life, He pours out His Favor. God’s Favor is what makes high flyers in the Kingdom. Nobody fails with favor because it advances destinies supernaturally and always peaks in fortune. God’s favor followed Joseph in slavery, to the prison where he became the head of the inmates and thereafter, a Prime Minister in the palace. Ecclesiastes 3:1 says “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” In other words there is a time to be favored and that time is now. God has all things in the human life in His hands and under His control, therefore get connected to Him. Whatever form of oppression and suffering you may have been going through over the years, you need to realize this day that the set time for your favor is here. The years of pain and agony are over in your life!
Beloved, the set time for God to favor you has come and no devil can stop it. God is about to remember you and make you overtake those who started much earlier than you. It may appear as if God forgot you all these years, but your time of Divine Favor has come. Never allow worry a place in your heart. It’s time to get your hopes up because you have been chosen by God to move you up to new level. Arise, take up faith and move into a life of favor and breakthrough. Walk in God’s Favor today and for the rest of your life. This is your day! Today, I decree that whatever is the cause of closed doors and disfavor in your life, by the reason of the Anointing, it is swallowed up in Jesus’ Name.
O LORD, arise and favor me for the set time has come in Jesus’ Name.
