Trust In God Always

Psalm 62:8 KJV

Trust in him at all times; ye people, Pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

The Scriptures encourage us to trust in God at all times and pour out our hearts to Him, for He is our refuge. David wrote these words during a time of difficulty, surrounded by enemies. However, he remained calm and waited patiently before God. David’s message reminds us that God’s unwavering love surpasses any challenge we may encounter. Despite facing constant danger, David consciously trusted God as his rock, salvation, fortress, and refuge. He remained focused on God and relied on Him for his hope and confidence. David’s faith in the Lord Almighty allowed him to wait quietly before God with complete trust in His divine plan. Like David, we are confident that God stands with us in every situation and can carry us through life’s ups and downs. Even when we feel overwhelmed, His help will always arrive on time.

Trusting in God necessitates having faith in His goodness, power, and promises. It means seeing beyond our fears and doubts and directing our focus toward Him instead of the circumstances surrounding us. Even when we face challenging situations or negative reports from physicians, we can rely on God’s unchanging love and omnipotent presence. He is a dependable and unwavering God who never changes. To please Him, we must trust Him and tenaciously pursue His will, having complete confidence in His promises and a persistent determination to abide by His ways. As evidenced when the three Hebrew boys decided to trust in God in Daniel chapter 6, God shielded them from harm while the same fire consumed their adversaries. When we trust God, He fights for us and ensures our victory in life’s battles. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” When we trust our lives to Him, we have an assurance that He is willing and able to take us all the way home. When we put all in His care, we can rest assured that we are safe in His Hands and our future is secure in Him.

Beloved, your decision to serve God and fully trust Him is not a wasted effort. It will produce much more than you expect, for your expectations shall manifest. The tears will still come, you will feel the pressure, and so will the temptations, but in the midst of all, God’s Grace, Peace, and Joy are there for you. The enemy will attack the foundation of your trust in God by attacking your heart with a fiery arrow of doubt. However, maintain your wholehearted confidence in God. Do not quit trusting God. Hold on just a little while, for God will meet you at the very point of your need and give you victory. There is a reason for going through what you are experiencing now. Trust God, for He will see you through. Today, it’s crucial to establish a connection with God and openly express your thoughts to Him. He’s always attentive and capable of providing guidance when necessary. If you’re dealing with any struggles, it’s wise to confide in Him. You can have faith that He’ll handle your concerns with utmost care. It’s important to remember that He’s constantly observing and shielding you throughout the day. Thus, you can confidently navigate any situation knowing He’s your reliable support system. Rest in His power, and you will not be scared by any circumstance. You will not try to figure out the next step because you have entrusted your life and destiny into His safe and loving Hands. Remain in Him, and He will help you fight against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of wickedness. He will not allow you to be defeated in battle because He will defend, protect, deliver you, and subdue your enemies. Remember, nothing limits God. What He says is done, what He promises is carried out, and what He desires is accomplished.

O Lord, thank You for Your Word; help me trust You always as I pour out my heart before You in Jesus’ Name.
