Matthew 16:19(KJV)
And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
From Scripture, we discover that every believer is being given the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven to bind the wicked spirits in heavenly places and to loose the angelic powers of God to work in our behalf. Scriptures like this should get us excited when we read them. Upon the revelation of Jesus as the Messiah of the world, Jesus told His disciples that He will give them the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus was telling them that He will give them the keys of the Kingdom of God to control their lives here on earth. God wants us to be in control of what happens to us. He wants the only things that happen in our lives to be the things we allow, as we walk in tune with Heaven’s Agenda for our lives.
As children of God, we have authority to live a life of victory and to forbid the devil to torment you. The keys of Heaven are with us, we now are the custodians of the master key and we have got to use them to advance God’s Righteousness Will. We must understand this, and start using the keys to superimpose God’s intentions in our sphere of influence. If we don’t do anything, Heaven will not. Use the keys Jesus has passed to you! Loose God’s blessings upon your efforts and bind the evil works that come against the fruit of your labors today. Unlock doors, shut doors, change lives, save lives, heal the sick, raise the dead, shut the mouth of the oppressors. You’ve got the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Use them just like a king will use his power to advance his course. Use them to advance your course as a king of the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth. Use the Master key given to you by the Lord to shut the door of sorrow the enemy had opened against you and open the door of victory and celebration that has been shut against you.
Beloved, you have authority to live a life of victory and to forbid the devil to torment you. Use the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven that Jesus has passed to you to loose God’s Blessings upon your life and bind the evil works from the pit of hell. Philippians 2:9-10 says, “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.” As believers, we have total authority over the powers of satan. It’s up to you to use the power God has given us. We may come from different lands with different backgrounds, but we all have one thing in common Jesus Christ is our Lord. And that alone is enough to alter the spiritual complexion of this earth. Remember, it is when Heaven’s seal of approval is on what you want done, that it will be done.
O Lord, thank You for giving me the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven in Jesus’ Name.
