Psalm 48:14(KJV)
For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death.
We understand from the Scriptures that God is committed and ready to offer direction to as many as are willing to be led. Our God holds us by His right hand and directs our steps along the road of life. One expression of God’s Graciousness is His Promise to guide us by His Spirit. Romans 8:14 says, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” The work of the Holy Spirit is not limited to comforting us. He also guides us into all truth and abundance. Understanding His leading will land us in our high places and path in destiny. Wherever God is taking us, we can be rest assured that we are heading for a glorious destiny. He will lead us so clearly and convincingly that we can guarantee the outcome of our choices even before we embark on them. Nothing is as safe as allowing God to direct us in every area of our lives. Apostle John at the island of Patmos said, I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet. Until we are in the spirit, we are not permitted to hear anything from God because God’s Spirit speaks to our spirits, not our flesh.
Our Almighty God, whose unwavering love endures for all eternity, deserves exaltation in every aspect of our existence. He is profoundly invested in His people and cares for each of His offspring. God is concerned about the minutiae of our daily lives, households, occupations, and societies we inhabit. God, our gracious protector, is deeply invested in the future of each of His children. He has promised to guide and keep us until the end of our lives and even beyond into the eternal ages. With our loving Lord by our side, death has lost its sting, and life is sweeter than ever. We can be confident that we are protected and cared for by a faithful and loving God. Our God is the one who will never leave us nor forsake us, and He is always there to help us when our enemies try to overwhelm us. He is our guide unto death and will remain so forever and ever. The heavens themselves declare the glory of God, but it is through His Word that He has unveiled Himself to His people. We can learn about His Name, His character, His plan of redemption, and His purposes for those who trust His Name. Therefore, we can confidently trust in Him and follow His ways.
Beloved, as you trust God and depend on Him to help you face each trial, He is faithful and will provide a way for you to be successful. Know that God is God forever and ever, and He will be your guide even unto death. He is your God forever and will guide you till the end of time. No matter what you go through, God promises to be your God forever and ever. Even if everyone else abandons you on your journey, there is One who has promised to be with you to the very end of your life in this world and after. God has placed a high premium on you, for anyone who touches you touches the Apple of His Eye. Today, partner with God, and He will guide you in every area of your life for your own good. It’s not too late to retrace your steps in God through His Word. Make up your mind to walk in the light of His Word, and you’ll experience His Glory in your life like you never thought possible. Let Him be your Guide. Remember, God will lead and keep you even to the last, and He will be your guide to the very end!
O Lord, thank You for being my God and guide. Lead me in all I do in Jesus’ Name.
